Rule 2. Establishment of Disciplinary Committees.

There shall be established such Disciplinary Committees of the Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Pulau Pinang (each of which shall hereinafter be referred to as “Disciplinary Committee”) as are specified in column (1) of the Schedule and each Disciplinary Committee shall comprise of members specified in column (3) of the Schedule.
