PART II - REGISTRATION OF ISLAMIC SCHOOL

Rule 4. Approval of application.

If the Registrar is satisfied that the said school has complied with the conditions prescribed under section 14 of the Enactment and the instrument submitted contains matters as prescribed in these Rules, the Registrar may approve the application.
