Rule 5. Amendment of section 33.

Subrule 33(1) of the principal Rules is amended—

(a) in paragraph (c), by substituting for the words “paragraph 30(a)” the words “paragraph 31(a)”; and

(b) in paragraph (d), by substituting for the words “paragraph 30(b)” the words “paragraph 31(b)”.
