PART II - CODE OF CONDUCT
Regulation 20. Prohibition on acting as an editor, etc, in any publication.
An officer shall not act as the editor of, or take part directly or indirectly in the management of, or in any way make any financial contribution or otherwise to, any publication, including any newspaper, magazine or journal, regardless of the means by which it is published, except the folowing publications:
(a) departmental publications;
(b) professional publications;
(c) publications of non-political voluntary organizations; and
(d) publications approved in writing by the Secretary for the purposes of this regulation.
