Rule 3. Jurisdiction of Disciplinary Committee.

(1) The Disciplinary Committee shall have jurisdiction over all matters relating to the conduct and discipline of each category of officers specified in column (2) of the Schedule.

(2) The Disciplinary Committee specified in column (2) of the Schedule shall have the jurisdiction specified in column (4) of the Schedule.
