Rule 4. Disciplinary Committee shall comply with the Regulations. Pg. P.U. 12/2001.

In exercising its functions under the Enactment, the Disciplinary Committee shall comply with the Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Pulau Pinang’s Officers (Conduct and Discipline) Regulations 2001.
