Where the parties have reached an agreement to settle the action, whether wholly or in part, the Chairman shall prepare a letter of consent and submit it to the parties for their confirmation and signature and, thereafter the Chairman shall transmit such letter of consent to the Court to be recorded as a judgement by confession or consent, as the case may be, under section 94 of the Enactment.
