PART II - REGISTRATION OF ISLAMIC SCHOOL

Rule 3. Application for registration.

An application to register an Islamic School and its proposed instrument of the Board of School, pursuant to section 12 and section 13 of the Enactment respectively, shall be made to the Registrar in Form A or B of the First Schedule, as the case may be.
