Regulation 53. Particulars of the offence and punishment to be recorded.

Every disciplinary action taken against an officer which results in a punishment being imposed upon the officer under these Regulations shall be recorded in the officer’s Records of Service by stating the particulars of the offence committed and the punishment imposed.
