Rule 29. Chairman may approve expenditure for urgent and important matters.

Notwithstanding anything in these Rules, the Chairman of the Jawatankuasa Qaryah may approve an expenditure through payment of petty cash for a sum not exceeding two hundred ringgit for urgent and important matters.
