Rule 38. Exemption for member of Jawatankuasa Qaryah appointed under the repealed Regulations.

Notwithstanding anything in Rule 37, members of the Jawatankuasa Qaryah appointed under the repealed Regulations shall continue to hold office for the remainder of the term of office for which they were appointed under the repealed Regulations and the provisions of the repealed Regulations shall continue to apply to them during the said period as if the Regulations were not repealed.
