PART VIII – CONTROL

Rule 34. Dispute shall be referred to MAINPP and the decision of MAINPP is final.

In the event of any question, problem or dispute within a qaryah masjid which the Jawatankuasa Qaryah is unable to solve, the matter occurred shall be referred to MAINPP for its guidance and explanation. Any decision made by MAINPP in such matter shall be final.
