PART VIII – CONTROL

Rule 32. Improper act of member of the Jawatankuasa Qaryah and Pegawai Masjid.

If MAINPP or the Secretary of MAINPP is satisfied, after due inquiry, that any member of a Jawatankuasa Qaryah or Pegawai Masjid or the committee for a bureau of a qaryah masjid.

(a)

has acted or proposes to act in an improper manner In exercising his functions under these Rules; or

(b)

has not carried out any duty imposed upon him under these Rules, .

MAINPP or the Secretary of MAINPP may issue directions in writing requiring such member of the Jawatankuasa Qaryah or Pegawai Masjid or member of the committee for the bureau to perform his functions in such manner as may be determined by MAINPP and the member of the Jawatankuasa Qaryah or Pegawai Masjid or the committee for the bureau shall comply with such direction.
