Rule 25. Special general meeting.

(1) A special general meeting of a anak qaryah may be held at any time on the order of the Jawatankuasa Qaryah or upon the written request of 40 persons or one third of the total number of anak qaryah of the mosque who are at least 18 years of age, whichever is the less, to discuss an urgent matter for the qaryah masjid.

(2) Subrule 24(3) to (5) shall apply to special general meetings held under subrule (1).
