Rule 28. Accounts, financial statement and the funds of the mosque.

(1) The Treasurer of the Jawatankuasa Qaryah shall keep proper accounts and records for all the business of the qaryah masjid which involves expenditure or the receipt of money and shall prepare a statement of accounts thereon annually.

(2) The Treasurer of the Jawatankuasa Qaryah shall submit a financial report of the qaryah masjid to MAINPP once every six months.

(3) All the funds of a qaryah masjid and monies for the benefit of a qaryah masjid shall be deposited in any bank which provides Islamic banking facility as may be approved by the Jawatankuasa Qaryah of the qaryah masjid.
