PART VIII – CONTROL

Rule 31. Inspection by officers of MAINPP or JAIPP.

At any reasonable time, any officer of MAINPP or JAIPP authorized in writing by MAINPP may-

(a)

inspect all books, accounts and other documents pertaining to the administration of the

qaryah masjid

and the performance of the functions of the

Jawatankuasa Qaryah

and

Pegawai Masjid

including any complaint against them;

(b)

require any member of the

jawatankuasa Qaryah

for the

qaryah masjid

and the

Pegawai Masjid

to make available to a members or officer of MAINPP or JAIPP for his inspection any book, accounts or other document pertaining to the administration of the

qaryah masjid

and the member of the

Jawatankuasa Qaryah

and

Pegawai Masjid

shall comply with such requirement.
