Upon receiving the application, the Court shall issue a summons together with a copy of the application and a statutory declaration of the applicant to be served on the other party. The summons shall direct the other party to appear at the stated place, date and time, and shall warn him that, in case of his nonappearance, the Court may proceed with the proceedings.
