Regulation 12. Offence of contravening conditions by the organiser.

Any organiser who contravenes any of the conditions imposed by the Religious Administrative Officer commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
