Rule 1. Citation, commencement and application
(1) These rules may be cited as the
Assistant Registrar of Muslim Marriages, Divorces and Ruju’ Rules 2013.
(2) These Rules come into operation on the date of its publication in the
Gazette
.
(3) Subject to subrule 8(2), these Rules apply to Assistant Registrars appointed before and after the commencement of these Rules.
