PART II - TEACHING TAULIAH
Regulation 10. Teaching Tauliah may be revoked.
(1) Any Teaching Tauliah may be revoked if the holder—
(a) is and has been found or declared to be of unsound mind;
(b) careless in his responsibility as a teacher;
(c) not behaving condusive to Islam;
(d) has been convicted of a criminal offence by a court of law;
(e) making any statement whether orally or written that can be reasonable interpreted as to have humiliated Islam or discredit the Majlis; or
(f) contravene any of the conditions of Teaching Tauliah or any directives of the Majlis.
(2) The holder of the Teaching Tauliah whose Tauliah has been revoked, shall surrender his Tauliah to the Committee immediately or within the time prescribed by the Committee and failure to do so, commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
(3) Any Teaching Tauliah which is revoked shall be recorded in the Register.
