Rule 5. Termination of appointment and resignation
(1) The member of the Committee appointed under paragraph 4(1)(e) shall hold office for a period of two years and is eligible for reappointment.
(2) The appointment of member of the Committee under paragraph 4(1)(e) may at any time be terminated by the Majlis on the recommendation of the Chairman on any reasonable ground, and such member may resign his office by giving a notice in writing addressed to the Majlis with a copy thereof to the Secretary of the Committee.
