PART VII - POWER OF THE MAJLIS
Regulation 30. Power of the Majlis
(1) The Majlis may, from time to time, issue any direction to the Chief Executive Officer or Director including–
(a) to monitor and investigate implementation of activities of the Jawatankuasa Kariah;
(b) to issue any guidelines, circulars and written direction regarding activities, administration and finance of the masjid;
(c) to request or to inspect such books, accounts and records of the Jawatankuasa Kariah; and
(d) to require to be submitted any reports and information related to the Jawatankuasa Kariah.
(2) Each member of the Jawatankuasa Kariah and Kariah Sub Committee established under these Regulations shall comply with any direction issued by the Majlis.
