PART V - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING



Regulation 22. Motion

Any motion shall be made in writing and submitted to the Secretary of the Jawatankuasa Kariah seven days before the Annual General Meeting. Notwithstanding provisions in this regulation, any ahli kariah may submit an urgent motion on the Annual General Meeting and it may be debated with the majority of the members at presence consent.
