JAWATANKUASA KARIAH OF STATE OF PERAK REGULATION 2015

PART II - JAWATANKUASA KARIAH

Regulation 12. Surrendering of property, valuable goods, relevant documents and etc.

(1) Any-

(a) member of the

Jawatankuasa Kariah

whose appointment has been terminated under regulation 9;

(b) member of the

Jawatankuasa Kariah

whose appointment has been revoked, suspended or has resigned under regulation 10; or

(c)

Jawatankuasa Kariah

which has been dissolved under regulation 11,

shall immediately surrender all properties, valuable goods, documents and other things belonging to the masjid to the Pegawai Penyelaras Masjid Daerah.

(2) Members of the Jawatankuasa Kariah who do not comply with subregulation (1) commit an offence and if convicted may be sentenced under any laws for the time being in force.
