Rule 4. Non- compliance
Non - compliance with any of the forms prescribed shall not render anything done under the Enactment void but the Syariah Judge or the Registrar shall direct the party to make any amendment in such manner and upon such terms and conditions as the Syariah Judge or the Registrar shall think fit.
