Regulation 13. Offence for failing to inform about changing of informations

Any organiser who fails to inform the Religious Administrative Officer about any change of particular in the application form commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
