Regulation 34. Transitional
Upon the commencement of these Regulations, every person who immediately before the commencement of these Regulations, that have been appointed as a member of the Jawatankuasa Kariah under the Kaedah-Kaedah Jawatankuasa Kariah 1998, shall be deemed to have been duly appointed under these Regulations and shall, subject to regulation 9, continue to hold his office.
