Rule 14. Surrender of documents, tauliah, etc. and penalty
(1) An Assistant Registrar whose appointment has been terminated or who resigned from office shall surrender all document, tauliah or device related to his official duties as Assistant Registrar forthwith to the Pegawai Tadbir Agama.
(2) An Assistant Registrar who fails to comply with subrule (1) commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
