Regulation 19. Offence for delivering religious lectures without permission.

Any speaker who delivers a religious lecture without permission from the Religious Administrative Officer commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
