PART IV - GENERAL
Regulation 25. Presumption.
(1) Any person who possesses or having control over a premise where the religious teaching is held, is deemed to be the organiser.
(2) For premise owned or under the control of a body corporate or an association, or under whatever name known, every member in the Committee of the association or the body corporate is deemed to be the organiser, unless he can proved that he has taken every step and reasonable precaution to avoid from committing any offence under these Regulations.
