Rule 30. Application to be restored as Peguam Syarie
(1) A person whose name has been removed from the Register may, after a period of five years from the date of its removal, apply to be restored as a Peguam Syarie.
(2) An application under subrule (1) shall be made in the same manner as specified by these Rules for a person who desires to be admitted as a Peguam Syarie, but for an application made under this rule, that application shall be supported by an affidavit explaining why the applicant wishes to be restored as a Peguam Syarie.
(3) The fee for each Sijil Peguam Syarie issued under this rule shall be five hundred ringgit.
