RELIGIOUS TEACHING AND LECTURING SUPERVISORY REGULATIONS 2013

PART IV - GENERAL

Regulation 24. Tauliah by other Religious State Authority.

(1) Any person who has been given the Teaching Tauliah by any of the State Religious Authority in Malaysia, may apply to the Majlis for exemption from being subjected to regulations 3 and 5.

(2) The Majlis may impose conditions to the applicant who has been given the exemption under subregulation (1).

(3) The Majlis may, at any time, revoke the exemption without assigning any reason and the revocation shall be notified to the person.

(4) Any exemption shall be deemed to be void if the respective State Religious Authority issuing a tauliah has cancelled it.
