Rule 14. Declaration by the Syariah High Court

(1) A Peguam Syarie to whom a Sijil Peguam Syarie has been issued shall apply to a Judge of the Syariah High Court for a declaration of his admission as a Peguam Syarie.

(2) Such declaration by the Judge shall be in open court.
