(1) Any complaint copncerning the conduct of a Peguam Syarie in his professional or private capacity shall be made in writing to the Secretary.
(2) The Court or the Chief Syariah Prosecutor may make a complaint in writing to the Secretary on any matter touching upon the conduct of a Peguam Syarie in his professional capacity.
(3) Upon receipt of a complaint under subrule (1) or (2) the Secretary may, at any time, obtain in writing any information from any person whom he thinks is acquainted with the facts of the case touching upon the conduct of a Peguam Syarie in his professional or private capacity.
(4) The Secretary shall, as soon as may be practicable, refer the complaint to the Majlis and the Committee together with any information he may have obtained under subrule (3), if any.
