Regulation 29. Duties of Financial Examiner

(1) The Financial Examiner shall examine the financial books of the Jawatankuasa Kariah at least once in six months and submit a complete report of the examination to the Jawatankuasa Kariah. Notwithstanding the provision in these Regulations, the Financial Examiner may examine the financial books of the Jawatankuasa Kariah at any time.

(2) The Financial Examiner shall promptly examine the financial statement submitted by the Treasurer.
