PART III - JAWATANKUASA SURAU
Regulation 14. Establishment of the Jawatankuasa Surau
(1) Unless otherwise instructed by the Majlis, the Jawatankuasa Kariahshall make recommendation to the Electoral Committee presided by the Orang Besar Jajahan and consists of the District Officer, Religious Administration Officer and Penghulu Mukim with the Pegawai Penyelaras Masjid Daerah as the secreteriat, to appoint Jawatankuasa Surau in respective kariah masjid.
(2) The Jawatankuasa Surau shall be responsible to its Jawatankuasa Kariah.
(3) The number of members of the Jawatankuasa Surau shall not be more than ten.
