The Peguam Syarie (Perak) Rules 2003 [Pk.P.U. 17 of 2003], is amended in rule 25 by substituting for subrule (2) with the following subrule:
“(2) The Appeal Committee shall consist of three members appointed by the Majlis from amongst person who have competence and experience in legal matters.”.
