(1) if an application received under rule 10 is not objected to or if there is objection made pursuant to rule 11 but the Committee is satisfied with the written clarification or reply by the applicant, the Committee shall call upon the applicant to attend interview or sit for written examination or both.
(2) The applicant shall attend the interview or sit for the written examination or both on the date and at the place as specified by the Committee.
(3) The Committee may reject the application of an applicant who does not attend the interview or sit for the written examination or both on the date and at the place as specified by the Committee without reasonable cause.
(4) The Committee may change the date or place of the interview or the written examination at the request of the applicant if reasonable cause is given by him.
(5) After an interview or written examination has been held, the Committee shall certify to the Majlis the successful applicant and who may be considered to be admitted as a Peguam Syarie.
(6) The Majlis shall make a decision on the admission of any applicant so certified under subrule (5) as a Peguam Syarie.
(7) The decision of the Majlis shall be communicated to the Chairman.
