PART IV - MEETING PROCEDURE OF THE JAWATANKUASA KARIAH
Regulation 18. Notice
(1) The Secretary or any member of the Jawatankuasa Kariah, on the direction of the Chairman, shall after a discussion with the Chairman, issue a notice to call for a meeting to all members of the Jawatankuasa, at least seven days before the date of the meeting and attached therein, the meeting agenda.
(2) Notwithstanding subregulation (1), the Chairman may, if he considers that there is an urgent need to summon a meeting, direct that the seven days notice be dispensed with.
