PART II - ESTABLISHMENT OF PEGUAM SYARIE ADMISSION COMMITEE
Rule 6. Meetings of the Committee
(1) The Chairman shall preside at any meeting of the Committee and if the Chairman is absent, members present may elect one of them to preside at the meeting.
(2) Three members present shall form the quorum of a meeting.
(3) The decision of the meeting of the Committee shall be by a majority of the votes of the members present.
(4) The Chairman shall have a casting vote if there is an equality of votes.
(5) Subject to these Rules and any directions by the Majlis, the Committee may determine its own procedures.
