Rule 2. Forms in Schedule.

Forms in the Schedule shall be used for the following purposes:

(i) Form 1 shall be used for application for divorce;

(ii) Form 2 shall be used for application for divorce under

ta'liq

;

(iii) Form 3 shall be used for application for

fasakh

; and

(iv) Form 4 shall be used as Divorce Certificate;
