IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 93(1) of the Administration of the Religion of Islam (Perak) Enactment 2004 [Enactment No. 4 of 2004], the Majlis Agama Islam dan ‘Adat Melayu Perak with the consent of Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan makes the following regulations:
