RELIGIOUS TEACHING AND LECTURING SUPERVISORY REGULATIONS 2013

PART II - TEACHING TAULIAH

Regulation 5. Procedure handling the application.

(1) The Chairman of the Committee, after receiving the application under regulation 3, shall refer the application to the Committee.

(2) The Committee, in considering the application, shall taking into consideration the followings:

(a)

age of the applicant;

(b)

academic qualification of applicant;

(c)

applicant’s teaching experience; and

(d)

any other particulars as deemed necessary by the Committee.

(3) The Committee, after considering the application may act in its discretion to reject any applicant that is deemed not qualified.

(4) If the Committee is of the opinion that the applicant is eligible for consideration, the Committee shall invite the applicant to attend for oral or written test or to both.

(5) After the completion of the test the Committee shall inform the result to the applicant.
