PART III - RELIGIOUS LECTURES
Regulation 11. Organiser of religious lectures.
(1) Any person who wishes to organise a religious lectures in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan shall apply for written approval from the respective Religious Administrative Officer, of where the religious lectures is to be held.
(2) The application shall be made in Form SI of the Schedule and submitted at least seven days before the date of the lecture.
(3) In considering any application under these Regulations, the Religious Administrative Officer shall refer and adhere to guideline issued by the Mufti.
(4) If there is any doubt in considering the application, the Religious Administrative Officer shall refer it to the Mufti and to adhere to any of his direction.
(5) Subject to subregulation (4), the Religious Administrative Officer may reject any application without having to give any reason.
(6) The written approval issued by the Religious Administrative Officer shall be in Form SII of the Schedule and is subjected to payment of fees fixed by the Majlis.
(7) The Religious Administrative Officer may impose any condition pertaining to any approval for the organization of the religious lectures under this regulation.
(8) The person to whom approval has been issued to hold such religious lectures is required to adhere to all the conditions imposed by the Religious Administrative Officer, and if any of the conditions is not adhered to, the Religious Administrative Officer shall revoke the approval that has been given.
(9) The Organiser shall inform the Religious Administrative Officer of any change or alteration of particulars in the application form and the Religious Administrative Officer may in his discretion revoke the approval that has already issued.
