(1) Any Peguam Syarie aggrieved by any decision of the Committee made under these Rules against him may appeal in writing to the Appeal Committee through the Secretary within a period of fourteen days from the date he is notified of the decision.
(2) The Secretary shall, not later than fourteen days from the date of receipt of the appeal, submit the appeal to the Committee.
(3) The Chairman shall, within a period of fourteen days from date of submission of the appeal by the Secretary, cause a copy of the relevant proceedings together with the decision of the Committee to be sent to the Appeal Committee.
(4) The Chairman of the Appeal Committee may extend the period specified in subrules (1), (2) or (3) on application by the party concerned and on sufficient cause being shown.
