The State Legal Adviser and every Federal Counsel of the State Legal Adviser's Office, the State of Perak or any Legal Officer, Syariah Legal Officer or Legal Assistance of the Legal Aid Bureau, the State of Perak shall be deemed to have been appointed as Peguam Syarie by the Majlis under these Rules and the provisions of rules 10,12, 14, 15 and 16 shall not apply to these Officers and they may, if official duties require, represent any party in any Court.
