IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69 (2) of the Administration of the Religion of Islam (Perak) Enactment 2004 [En. Pk. No. 4 of 2004], the Majlis Agama Islam dan ‘Adat Melayu Perak, with the consent of the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, makes the following rules:
