(i) Every licence issued by the Majlis shall be in form II as set out in the Schedule hereto and shall be signed by the Yang Dipertua;
(ii) All licences shall expire on the 31st day of December of each year and applications for renewal shall be made not later than the 1st day of November of each year;
(iii) A fee of 30 ringgit shall be paid for the issue of a licence as Peguam Syariah and every renewal thereof.
