Rule 13. Applicant, etc. to be notified of the decision of Majlis
(1) The Committee shall notify the applicant and all Courts in the State of Perak of the decision of the Majlis under subrule 12(6) within a period of fourteen days after the decision is made.
(2) The Majlis shall issue to the applicant who is admitted as a Peguam Syarie a Sijil Peguam Syarie as in Form B of the Schedule after the applicant submit or cause to be submitted to the Committee the following:
(a) the name under which he intends to practise or the name of the firm;
(b) his postal address; and
(c) the registration fee of three hundred ringgit.
