(1) A Peguam Syarie whose admission has been declared by the Syariah High Court shall, before he appears and represents any party in any Court, apply for a Sijil Amalan Guaman Syarie.
(2) The Committee shall issue a Sijil Amalan Guaman Syarie as in Form C in the Schedule to the Peguam Syarie on payment of a fee of one hundred ringgit.
(3) Sijil Amalan Guaman Syarie issued under subrule (2) shall be valid for a period of twelve months and may be renewed on payment of the fee specified in rule 16.
